Requirements :
– Grade 12 with 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or a relevant National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management plus 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management.
– Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Management policies and processes (PPPFA; PFMA etc.)
– Work experience in a Health Environment will be an added advantage.
– Candidate must have a valid driver’s license. – Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, and ensure correctness of data/information.
– Ability to work under pressure and collaborate in a team.
– Willingness to work overtime when required to meet deadlines.
– Good communication skills and interpersonal relations.
– Must be client-oriented.
– Computer literacy is compulsory. Knowledge of SRM/SAP/LOGIS will be an added advantage.
Duties :
– Perform administrative duties related to Supply Chain Management services including completion of requisition (RLS01) forms.
– Capture requisitions on SRM/SAP system.
– Receiving and issuing of stock, equipment, and assets.
– Assist end users in Demand Management and Planning.
– Conduct periodic stocktaking and manage warehouse to ensure sufficient stock at all times.
– Assist end users in drafting specifications and obtaining material master number.
– Check and evaluate compliance of all quotations received before presentation to the SCM committees.
