Purpose Statement:
The role involves welcoming clients, managing the branch flow, providing exceptional client service, assisting clients at the ATM, and conducting transactions on remote or self-service channels.
This experience will help individuals develop the knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.
Experience: Minimum:
No experience required, but candidates need to have a Grade 12 National Certificate.
Ideal:
Some client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking setting.
Qualifications (Minimum):
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Knowledge: Minimum:
Basic calculations, engaging with people, clarity and understanding of personal aspirations, ambition, and a desire to learn. Ideal: Knowledge of bank branch environments, Capitec Bank products, and internal business processes.
Skills:
Communication skills, computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook), interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Conditions of Employment:
Clear criminal and credit record, detectable/recognizable fingerprints on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
