The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of banking experience, be adept at managing business customer portfolios, and possess experience in preparing credit applications and sales management. Minimum qualifications include a Diploma in Commerce or Finance, while ideal qualifications involve being FAIS accredited as a Key Individual and approved by FSCA. Candidates should also have knowledge of CRM principles, financial statements interpretation, business banking products, competitors’ offerings, and banking regulations. Desired skills include interpersonal skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills, and computer literacy.
