The Department of Employment and Labour (Compensation Fund) invites qualifying applicants to apply for Developmental Programmes (Structured Youth Development and Graduate Internship Programme) for the financial year 2024/2025. The Developmental Programmes are designed to provide work exposure to graduates and undergraduates for a period of 24 months. Applicants must be unemployed, never have participated in the Developmental Programme previously, and be between the ages of 18-35.
