Primary Job Functions

General Workers

- Cleaning waiting areas, consulting rooms, offices, kitchens, and laundries
- Ensuring clinical procedure areas are properly cleaned and dusted before use
- Sorting and replacing soiled linen in consulting rooms
- Emptying dustbins and keeping the clinic environment free of litter
Data Capturers
Data Capturers are essential in keeping accurate client records and supporting administrative functions within the clinics. Key responsibilities include:
- Capturing and updating client records accurately
- Compiling monthly statistics for clients who access clinic services
- Filing client cards in an organized alpha-numeric or chronological sequence for easy retrieval
- Making appointments for services using appointment methods in various clinics
- Managing the clinic’s supplies by coordinating the ordering of stationery, records, and other printed materials
- Typing meeting minutes and forwarding them to relevant personnel
- Managing appointments and ensuring that clinic records are up to date
Queue Marshals
