Key Responsibilities-General Worker
As a General Worker at VKB Grain, you will be tasked with various responsibilities essential to our daily operations. Some of the primary duties include:
- Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard to maintain the facility’s operational efficiency.
- Loading, Bagging, and Storage: Perform tasks related to the handling of products, such as loading, bagging, and storing grain.
- Tractor Operation: Drive tractors when required, assisting with the movement of goods and machinery.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Help keep the facility clean and well-maintained, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support team operations.
- Team Collaboration: Act as a VKB Grain ambassador, demonstrating strong teamwork and professionalism.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Requirement: Minimum Grade 10 certificate.
- Work Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the agricultural or industrial sectors.
- Overtime Willingness: Must be available to work overtime when required to meet operational needs.
- Clear Criminal Record: Candidates must have a clear criminal background.
