As a Senior Administrative Officer, you will provide essential oversight and support for the administration of human settlement beneficiaries. Additional Duties and Responsibilities

- Logistics and Administration: Manage the creation of household files and municipal service accounts for beneficiaries and customers.
- Allocation Process Management: Ensure that all necessary forms are completed accurately, and required documentation is submitted on time. Collaborate with the Joint Allocations Committee and provincial government as necessary.
- Notification of Beneficiaries: Notify approved beneficiaries in a timely manner and ensure the Master of the High Court receives referral letters for deceased beneficiaries.
- Rejection Notifications: Inform rejected beneficiaries of the reasons behind their rejection and ensure all policies are followed.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate regular team meetings and attend other meetings as required.
