Purpose of the Role – Data Capturing
The primary aim of the data capturing position is to ensure accurate and timely documentation of critical information. This includes processing work orders, verifying asset costing, and handling data from customers who engage with Johannesburg Water through walk-ins or call-ins. 7. Administrative Assistance

Required Qualifications and Experience – Data Capturing
To qualify for this role, the following criteria are essential:
- Educational Background: You must have either a Matric certificate or an N3 (NQF Level 4) qualification.
- Experience: At least three years of experience in data capturing is required. SAP experience is also mandatory, as it is integral to the job’s responsibilities.
