About the Position: Security Guard Supervisor (x2)
As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the State Theatre’s reputation as a safe and welcoming environment. You’ll supervise security operations, oversee team members, and implement protocols to enhance overall safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing a team of security guards.
- Implementing and maintaining security protocols to ensure the safety of visitors, staff, and property.
- Monitoring and evaluating security activities and procedures.
- Conducting regular safety checks to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Liaising with management and relevant authorities as needed to maintain a safe environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates for the Security Guard Supervisor position should possess the following:
- Education: A Matric certificate is required, along with a Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field. Previous experience in security supervision is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the security industry is highly desirable.
