Key Responsibilities
- Support Transformation Goals: Participate in initiatives that build Nedbank’s culture and support corporate social responsibility strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to enhance processes, tools, and policies.
- Stay Informed: Keep updated on relevant legislation and industry developments.
- Promote Vision and Values: Demonstrate Nedbank’s values in all interactions with stakeholders and teams.
- Personal Development: Engage in training, certifications, and career progression to improve personal capabilities.
- Team Collaboration: Share knowledge and actively participate in a diverse team environment.
- Reception Duties:
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a pleasant and professional environment.
- Receive and direct visitors professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate boardroom bookings, catering, and room preparation.
- Handle calls, queries, and provide general assistance to clients.
- Mail Services: Manage mail delivery by receiving, sorting, and distributing it.
- Compliance: Adhere to internal and external governance and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Efficiency: Align activities with budget requirements to minimize costs.
- Reputation Management: Respond to customer–related issues in a client-centric manner.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
- Preferred Qualification: Secretarial qualification.
- Experience: 1–2 years in secretarial or administrative roles.
Technical / Professional Knowledge
- Administrative procedures and systems.
- Data analysis and business writing.
- Understanding of Nedbank policies, procedures, vision, and strategy.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory knowledge.
