- Collaboration with the Packaging Development and Projects Team to ensure smooth operations.
- Gaining proficiency in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and packaging recipes.
- Learning and applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain food safety and quality standards.
- Adhering to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conducting housekeeping to maintain an efficient and compliant workspace.
Qualification & Experience Requirements
To be eligible for the Packaging Graduate Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric Certificate)
- Diploma in Packaging Development (IPSA) OR Diploma in Food Science Technology
Experience Requirements
- Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and packaging recipes.
- Experience or exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
