About the Production Learnership
Job Purpose
As a learner in this program, you will receive hands-on training under the direct supervision of a Production Foreman. The goal is to gain practical experience in tyre assembly, compliance with safety regulations, and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments on assigned equipment.
- Maintain 3S standards in the workspace.
- Ensure all controls on building machines are in working order.
- Handle and remove empty spools, trolleys, and rolls from the machine.
- Return used materials to the component section.
- Transport raw materials into storage bays.
- Supply solutions to machines to enhance efficiency.
- Work in a team-oriented environment.
- Meet the production targets as outlined in the learnership program.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or N3–N5 Certificate
- Subjects Required: Pure Mathematics and/or Physical Science
