Role Overview
As an Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational processes within the WB Motor Sales Channel. Your responsibilities will include handling dealer transactions, managing financial operations, and delivering top-tier customer service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency and maintain high compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service Excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and OEMs.
- Address and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Ensure high-quality, accurate data capturing and transaction processing.
- Deliver solutions that align with operational plans and service standards.
2. Operational Process Management
- Process releases, transfers, buyouts, and sales cancellations.
- Manage dealer floorplans to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency.
3. Compliance and Risk Management
- Adhere to governance policies, legislative standards, and compliance regulations.
- Implement procedural safeguards to mitigate operational risks.

Qualifications and Experience
