Minimum Requirements
✔ Matric / Relevant Diploma
✔ 2-3 years of experience in a Warehouse/DC environment
✔ 1-2 years of experience with Warehouse Equipment
✔ SAP EWM experience (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities
✅ Administration & Customer Account Processing
- Handle query resolution and verify document accuracy
- Process and match customer transfer notes (GLS & Chep)
- Maintain records for THAN slips, TN slips, AOD, Control Sheets, and PTRs
✅ Stock Control & Investigation
- Conduct Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly stock counts
- Resolve incorrect equipment quantity records in SAP
- Ensure accurate article linkage to packaging material
✅ Reporting & Documentation
- Update the Inbound Handover Sheet daily
- Collect and check documentation for backhaul, transhipment, and rejected orders
- Capture vendor returns and escalate issues when necessary
- Prepare and present Inbound Handover Reports to the equipment team
