Position: Central Data Capturer (2 Positions Available)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule:
- Weekly Hours: 45 hours per week
- Time Conditions: 5-day workweek (South Africa)
Job Overview
We are seeking two dedicated Central Data Capturers to join our team in Centurion. The primary role involves accurately capturing and auditing patient files and referring doctors’ requests as per Service Request Forms (SRF). The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring all data entries adhere to Ampath, LIS, CDC protocols, SLA agreements, quality standards, and turnaround time (TAT) expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Data Capturer
- Efficiently capture patient application forms (SRF) into the designated Meditech Application Database.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of all captured data.
- Ensure compliance with SLA requirements and uphold system integrity.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely data processing.
Minimum Requirements: Data Capturer
- Grade 12 (Matric Certificate)
- Experience in data capturing
- Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
