🎯 Key Responsibilities of an Administration Officer
1️⃣ Efficient Scheduling and Diary Management
- Plan and organize meetings, appointments, and events for the Director and Deputy Directors.
- Ensure that critical engagements are scheduled and coordinated effectively.
- Prioritize tasks to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure seamless administrative operations.
2️⃣ Administrative Support for Oversight and Management
- Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the management team.
- Ensure proper record-keeping, documentation, and data management.
- Coordinate correspondence and maintain confidentiality in all administrative processes.
3️⃣ Client and Telephone Correspondence Management
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Direct calls and messages to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
