The Learner position is a developmental role where the incumbent will work towards a formal, registered qualification while gaining practical experience.
Throughout the employment period, the Learner will be responsible for completing assigned tasks to achieve specific work objectives, including research, analysis, administration, process, and project work that contribute value to the business area.
The Learner must meet all qualification requirements, and additional job-related training will be provided as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
– Contribute to cost efficiencies
– Apply learning experiences to optimize work
– Deliver work processes to defined quality standards for operational excellence
– Participate in developmental activities
– Provide customer service in line with quality service standards
– Collaborate effectively within a team
