Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4).
- Skills: Strong computer literacy is essential.
- Experience: 0–1 year of relevant work experience.
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Familiarity with the SASSA Act and Social Assistance Act.
- Understanding of SOCPEN systems, legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Awareness of social assistant delegations, standards, and organizational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
As a Call Centre Agent, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by:

- Call Registration & Escalation: Recording customer interactions on the Customer Care Application System and escalating issues as needed.

- Customer Education: Guiding clients, providing accurate information, and connecting them with the relevant authorities.
