Overview:
The Call Centre Agent vacancy at the National Credit Regulator (NCR) requires the following: Requirements:
– Grade 12 certificate
– One year post-matric qualification in customer service or relevant field
– One year of relevant experience in customer service
– Certificate in debt counselling is advantageous
Duties:
– Act as the initial point of contact for stakeholders
– Interact with consumers via calls, emails, and faxes to resolve NCA-related inquiries
– Retrieve and respond to telephone messages promptly
– Assess consumer needs and provide information on debt counselling
– Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance
– Update records in Complaints Management Systems and handle administrative tasks
Skills:

– Interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
– Conflict management
– Service-oriented with a focus on results
– Team player with multitasking capabilities
– Call handling techniques
