Through this learnership, participants will receive both theoretical and practical training, culminating in an NQF qualification while gaining real-world experience in a state-of-the-art Call Centre environment.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Clover South Africa Call Centre Learnership, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Educational Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualification.
- Must have completed matric between 2020 and 2024.
- Achieved an average of at least 60% in English and Mathematics/Mathematics Literacy.

- Computer literacy: Advanced proficiency required.

Additional Requirements
- Must be currently unemployed.
- Applicants should not have participated in a Learnership programme previously.
Key Responsibilities of the Learner
Successful candidates will take on the following roles during the programme:
Customer Interaction
- Deliver outstanding customer service by managing inbound and outbound interactions.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Order Processing
- Accurately capture and confirm customer orders according to daily call lists.
- Inform customers of account statuses and any issues affecting their orders.
Promoting Products
- Actively promote Clover and Principal products by offering new or additional items and emphasizing special offers.

Team Collaboration
- Foster a collaborative environment by assisting team members and participating in team meetings.
