Responsibilities
General Maintenance & Repair
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and fittings.
- Address minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of work orders related to repairs and maintenance.
Messenger & Driving Duties
- Assist with document and package deliveries as required.
- Transport tools and materials between job sites.
- Maintain company vehicles in clean and roadworthy condition.
Security & Access Control
- Manage admission control at company premises when required.
- Ensure that only authorized personnel access restricted areas.
Experience Requirements : Capitec Bank
Minimum Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in general construction or handyman trade.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with basic electrical repairs and installations.
- Hands–on knowledge of plumbing maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience handling and operating power tools.
- Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
