Duties & Responsibilities : Cleaning and Hygiene Learnership Programme
As a learner in the Cleaning and Hygiene Division, you will:
- Identify and act on cleaning and hygiene opportunities beyond assigned tasks.
- Complete cleaning tasks within specified timeframes.
- Clean offices, wards, public areas, and other spaces as directed by your Line Manager.
- Maintain Tsebo’s high hygiene standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients.

Skills and Competencies
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Attention to detail
- High energy levels
- Good personal appearance and hygiene
- Soft skills (e.g., smiling, greeting clients)
- Good English communication skills
Qualifications
- Matric certificate or Grade 11 report (essential).
- Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not required.
- A driver’s license is an added advantage.
