Interested candidates should have a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent, along with 3-5 years of experience in cleaning services in a public health environment. Additionally, a National Diploma or Degree in Public Administration or Public Management would be beneficial. Applicants should be proficient in MS Office applications and capable of overseeing and evaluating the work of cleaners. The ability to work shifts and under pressure is essential, along with strong interpersonal skills.
