Key Responsibilities : Client Service Consultant

  • Efficiently capture and process client information into designated systems.
  • Handle broker requests with precision while adhering to compliance and quality assurance regulations.
  • Manage administrative duties within predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deadlines.
  • Professionally engage with brokers and clients, ensuring a seamless customer service experience.
  • Track and resolve queries within specified timeframes, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize both verbal and written communication channels to provide prompt resolutions.
  • Consistently meet productivity targets and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
  • FAIS compliant with NQF Level 4 certification.
  • Proven experience in short-term insurance.
  • Clear criminal and credit record is mandatory.
  • Must fulfill FAIS Fit & Proper requirements, including competency and experience standards (supervision allowed if needed).
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM and office software.
  • Availability to work on a shift-based schedule.
  • Commitment to quality control and compliance.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
