Job Title: Learning & Development Intern
Location: Midrand, Gauteng
CCBSA is seeking talented individuals to join its L&D department as interns. The successful candidate will assist in executing learning strategies, supporting organizational training needs, and maintaining compliance with learning policies.
Key Responsibilities: Coca-Cola Learnership Program
Learning & Development Infrastructure Support
- Assist in implementing standardized L&D frameworks and tools
- Provide administrative support for training and skills development programs
- Contribute to various business projects requiring learning expertise
- Maintain a positive learning environment and stakeholder relationships
Competence Development
- Facilitate in-country learning initiatives and training modules
- Assist in driving the Competence Assessment Process (CAP)
- Evaluate the Return on Investment (ROI) of learning programs
- Contribute to the design and development of training material
Governance & Compliance
- Monitor and track L&D initiatives
- Ensure compliance with legislative and auditing standards

Required Qualifications & Experience: Coca-Cola Learnership Program
- HR Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification
- ODETDP (Occupational Directed Education and Training Program) registration (advantageous)
- 1-3 years of Learning & Development experience
- Training material development and facilitation experience
- National business project rollout experience
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Intermediate to Advanced level)
- LMS365 system knowledge (advantageous)
