Pay : R147 036 for every annum (Level 03)
Focus : Office of the Recorder of Deeds (Limpopo)

Necessities : Department of Agriculture

Candidates should be in an ownership of a Grade 10 Declaration. No experience, Capacity to recognize, group and record an enormous assortment of true reports, Information on records the board. PC education, filling abilities, documenting abilities, Relational abilities (Verbal and Composed), Great relational abilities, Contact abilities, Using time effectively and Client relations.

Obligations :

Chronicle deeds records, Sort deeds, archives, prohibits, plans, outlines and periodical, Tie deeds, reports, forbids, plans, charts and newspaper, Number volumes, Report flawed gear, Convey deeds, records, office supplies, furniture and hardware, Gather and convey deeds, reports and post between different areas and different foundations, Move furniture/office supplies and gear, Keep up with volumes, miniature rolls and any remaining reports, Draw, convey and document volumes/records/miniature rolls.

Give input to the requester if impractical, Quest for ridiculous volumes, miniature rolls and archives and report, Check for missing numbers and report, Fix broken down and harmed volumes, Keep up with areas of strength for the, Gather and return solid room keys, Open and lock solid rooms/screens, Report unapproved admittance to boss.
