To apply, candidates must possess an appropriate NQF level 6 in Human Resources, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field. Additionally, applicants should demonstrate the ability to provide leadership on HR practices and administration, develop and evaluate skills development legislation, interpret and analyze HR data, and manage PERSAL and draw reports. Knowledge of various HR legislation and prescript, as well as competencies in problem solving, analysis, people management, communication, and report writing, are also required. The duties of the role include coordinating recruitment and selection processes, managing and updating staff establishment databases, formulating advertisements, and providing HR advisory services to management and employees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and supporting the performance of subordinates, providing administrative services, and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation. Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified copies of educational qualifications and other relevant documents not older than 6 months on or before the day of the interview. Foreign qualifications must be evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) and accompanied by an evaluation certificate. Correspondence will only be limited to shortlisted candidates, and suitable candidates will be subjected to vetting and personnel pre-employment suitability checks.
