To apply, candidates must possess an appropriate NQF level 6 in Human Resources, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field. Additionally, applicants should demonstrate the ability to provide leadership on HR practices and administration, develop and evaluate skills development legislation, interpret and analyze HR data, and manage PERSAL and draw reports. Knowledge of various HR legislation and prescript, as well as competencies in problem solving, analysis, people management, communication, and report writing, are also required. The duties of the role include coordinating recruitment and selection processes, managing and updating staff establishment databases, formulating advertisements, and providing HR advisory services to management and employees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and supporting the performance of subordinates, providing administrative services, and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
