Compensation : R202 233 for each annum
Focus : Administrative center (Pretoria)
Prerequisites : Department of Public Works
Grade 12/Senior Endorsement. No past experience required. Ready to adjust work plan for agreement with office prerequisites. Experience in program the board office will be an additional benefit. Information: Extensive variety of office managerial errands. Great phone decorum. Illustrative PC education. Pertinent regulation. Fundamental monetary organization. Abilities: High level correspondence (verbal and composed) Sound hierarchical expertise.

Obligations :
Render general administrative help administrations: Record, put together, store, catch and recover correspondence and information. Update registers and insights. Handle routine enquiries. Make copies and get or send copied. Disperse reports/bundles to different partners as required. Keep and keep up with the recording framework for the part. Type fundamental letters and additionally other correspondence when required. Keep and keep up with the approaching and active register of the part.
Give acquirement support administrations: Liaise with interior and outside partners corresponding to acquisition of labor and products.
