Position Overview: Data Capturer

Chief Directorate: HIV/Aids
Contract Duration: Until 31 October 2026
Remuneration: R183,279 per annum plus 37% of salary in lieu of benefits.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:
    Minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Work Experience:
    Adequate and relevant experience in data capturing.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
    • Proficiency in administrative functions.
    • Familiarity with financial, provisioning, and procurement processes.
    • Expertise in document management, tracking, and retrieval.
    • Typing skills, computer literacy, and excellent communication skills.
    • Competency in problem-solving, planning, organization, customer care, and client orientation.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Capturer, successful candidates will:

  • Maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Compile weekly and monthly statistical reports.
