Requirements:

– Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification)

– Recommended: Relevant experience Competencies: – Knowledge of administration rules and regulations – Proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office)

– Familiarity with departmental information systems (BAS, BIZ Project, MyContent, SITS) – Skills in verbal and written communication, organizational and record-keeping

– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

– Team player with good telephone etiquette

Duties:

– Provide administrative and reception support to professional staff

– Assist with filing, transport, telephone accounts, and invoices

– Manage stationery orders and issuance

– Process payments and compile claims

– Handle documentation tasks such as copying, filing, faxing, and scanning

– Draft submissions, letters, meeting arrangements, minutes, and general correspondence

– Data entry and secretarial relief duties

– Coordinate training needs and travel arrangements
