Candidates should be able to efficiently complete tasks, surpass customer expectations, and uphold the commitment to provide real help. If you are a final-year university student, particularly in BSc and Commerce fields, focusing on Quantitative Sciences, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Information and Computing Sciences, you are encouraged to apply for the FNB Graduate Program by submitting your CV and latest academic transcript.
All positions within the graduate program are permanent roles. Successful candidates will be assigned to specific business units in a full-time capacity and will engage in monthly training sessions and an action learning project.
Responsibilities include:
– Delivering excellent service by proactively listening to customer needs and devising tailored, innovative solutions.
– Contributing to team success by efficiently completing tasks, meticulous planning, accurate record-keeping, and timely information updates.
– Actively participating in the organization’s innovation processes through brainstorming, proposing new ideas, and collaborating with colleagues to develop creative solutions aligned with business goals.
– Enhancing career potential through knowledge-sharing, project contribution, and maximizing training opportunities to expand expertise and stay current with industry trends.
– Driving personal and professional growth by fulfilling training assignments, attending relevant workshops and seminars, and consistently seeking opportunities to develop competencies that align with the company’s values and aid in reaching full potential.
Eligibility criteria:
– Strong academic performance (submission of academic transcript is mandatory for the application).
– Currently in the final year of relevant university programs, particularly in BSc and Commerce fields, with a focus on programs such as Actuarial Science, Maths, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Chemistry, Data Science, UX (usability and customer experience), or related disciplines.
– Analytical and numeric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
