The purpose of this internship program is to provide learners with practical experience in the field of Human Capital. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from and work closely with experts within the Human Capital Community.
Requirements:

– Matric or NQF 4 equivalent

– Relevant Human Resources certificate or similar

– Applicant must be unemployed and a South African Citizen by birth

Duties & Responsibilities:

– Providing administrative support for bulk recruitment

– Creating and posting job advertisements to attract suitable candidates

– Reviewing and screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, and conducting telephonic interviews

– Conducting reference, probity checks, and background checks on shortlisted candidates

– Coordinating logistical arrangements for recruitment and assessment processes

– Supporting the onboarding and integration program for new employees

– Capturing and maintaining employee and position management data in the relevant system

– Compiling employee documentation and ensuring timely and accurate submission to relevant stakeholders

– Accurately capturing employee contracts in the system

– Ensuring timely submission of all contracts and payroll documentation to payroll

– Quality checking payroll documentation for completeness

– Facilitating the exit process by providing exit documentation to relevant parties and coordinating logistical arrangements

– Assisting the HR team with projects and research on an ad hoc basis
