1. Customer Support and Query Resolution
Our call centre agents are the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that:

2. Accurate Data Management
Agents are responsible for:
- Telephonically confirming employment and personal details for store card applications.
- Updating customer information in our Debtors‘ systems to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Managing data in line with the Consumer Protection Act, POPI Act, and National Credit Act.
3. Driving Credit Growth
Outbound agents work to:
- Process store card applications across all divisions.
- Expand our customer and credit base by efficiently onboarding new clients.
