Prerequisites :
Grade 12/Matric Authentication. Information: All Work Regulations and Guidelines, Confidential Business Organization guidelines and related ILO shows, Public Help Guidelines, Public Assistance Act, Departmental Arrangements, Methods and Rules, Batho Pele Standards. Abilities: Talking, Correspondence, PC Education, Relational abilities, Phone decorum, Imaginative/Inventive, Client engaged, Restrained, selfmotivated and Self-assured.
Obligations :
Render administrations at help work area as the primary place of section inside the Enlistment Administrations. Render Work Administrations to all Clients who visit the Work Place. Resolve all grumblings on all Work Regulations got from Clients. Get all Joblessness Protection Advantages applications and Boss statements. Get application structures regarding Pay for Wounds and Infections Act (COIDA) and boss enrollment structures for COIDA.
