Location: Johannesburg | Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Administration Management: Actively engage with Inbound and Outbound consultants to achieve daily customer service quality targets.
- Skills Development: Drive participation in weekly skills audit tests to enhance knowledge, instill positive behaviors, and deliver exceptional results.
- Team Leadership: Lead your team to achieve targets as per agreed quarterly performance contracts.
- Coaching & Assessments: Conduct assessments and provide coaching sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Service Level Agreements: Achieve productivity targets, minimize outbound transfer calls, and ensure adherence to schedules and in-office time requirements.

Education Requirements
- Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Education, Training, and Development (Required).
