- Categorize, file, and insert documents appropriately for archiving.
- Process records transfer requests and manage off-site storage documentation.
- Track and maintain records logs, retention schedules, and disposal registers.
- Ensure efficient operation of postal service facilities within the branch.
- Maintain an accurate index of files and ensure all updates are logged accordingly.
- Provide prompt and reliable document binding services.
3. Transportation and Operations Management
- Load and unload organizational merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Transport goods, equipment, and employees to designated locations safely.
- Identify and report any vehicle or equipment-related mechanical or electrical issues.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations to ensure safe transportation.
4. Vehicle, Machinery & Equipment Maintenance
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure all vehicles are in proper working condition before embarking on any journey.
- Maintain binding and copying equipment in operational condition.
- Report any damages, losses, or operational issues with vehicles and machinery.
- Follow Fleet Management Policy guidelines to ensure vehicle upkeep.
5. Reporting and Compliance

Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Education Requirements
- Matric or Grade 12 Certificate
- Valid Code 10 (EC1/EC) Driver’s License with PDP
Work Experience
- At least one year of experience working as a driver or messenger in a similar capacity.
