Responsibilities for this role include:
-Ensuring safety equipment and tools are available and in good condition
-Operating the plant in accordance with safety guidelines and operational manuals
-Communicating with KP machine operators and mixers regarding production schedule issues
-Adhering to relevant legislation and systems such as ISO, CIE, and 5S
-Preparing and assisting with plant maintenance and repairs
-Conducting quality checks on manufactured products
-Maintaining cleanliness in the production area
-Reporting on daily production and breakdowns
-Updating production graphs after daily production
Requirements:
-Grade 12 formal education
-At least 3 months of experience in explosives manufacturing
