Job Objectives:

  • Efficiently complete all operational tasks at the point of sale.
  • Maintain accuracy in scanning goods, processing payments, and applying clubcard benefits.
  • Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.
  • Actively promote Clicks’ clubcard to meet participation targets and sign up new members.
  • Inform customers about promotions and specials to enhance their shopping experience and drive sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being a visible and approachable brand ambassador.
  • Execute general cleaning and merchandising tasks in line with store standards.
  • Uphold and promote the company’s values to support Clicks’ goal of being the leading health and beauty retailer.
  • Stay updated on promotions, products, and events to provide accurate information to customers.

Knowledge and Skills : Shop Assistant Cashier
