The position requires

Grade 12 qualification or equivalent, with preferred experience in asset management, warehouse management, or inventory management. A valid Code B (or higher) driving license is also necessary. People with disabilities limiting driving abilities but with reliable transport access are encouraged to apply. Applicants should have knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Supply Chain Management Prescripts, Financial Accounting, Asset Management framework, and relevant systems. Necessary skills include proficiency in MS Office applications, strong written and verbal communication, customer orientation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities of the role include assisting with asset disposal, asset barcoding, physical verifications, managing asset movements, updating asset registers, organizing meetings, and providing support to line functions.
