The Administration Clerk will play a pivotal role in supporting the Inbound Logistics Manager by managing critical administrative functions. The main aim is to alleviate the administrative workload, allowing for a focus on strategic supply chain initiatives. Below is a detailed breakdown of responsibilities:

Procurement and Financial Administration

  • Raising and managing Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Goods Receipt Verification (GRV) for POs.
  • Performing three-way matching to ensure accurate financial reconciliation.
  • Communicating with creditors and suppliers to address account-related issues.
