The Complete Guide In this blog post, you will discover the step-by-step process for updating your banking details for your SASSA SRD Grant:

1. Visit srd.sassa.gov.za on your web browser.

2. Scroll down and indicate whether you are an Asylum Seeker and Special Permit Holder or a South African ID Holder.

3. Click on the “Click here to proceed” button.

4. Below “How do I change my banking details,” provide your South African ID number or asylum seeker file number.

5. An SMS with a link to the Sassa banking data will be sent to the phone number you provided during the application process.

6. Follow the prompts after clicking on the link in the SMS to update your banking details.
