The primary role of Bank Better Champions is to welcome clients, manage branch queues efficiently, deliver exceptional customer service, assist clients at ATMs, and facilitate transactions on various self-service channels. This position offers the opportunity to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience for service consulting.
Minimum Requirements:
– Grade 12 National Certificate No prior experience is necessary, but experience in client service within retail, financial, or banking environments is preferred.
Qualifications:
– Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational Knowledge
Requirements:
– Basic calculations
– Interpersonal skills
– Clarity and ambition for personal growth Preferred knowledge of bank branch environments and Capitec Bank products and processes.
Skills:
– Strong communication skills
– Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
– Interpersonal and relationship management abilities
