Duties and Responsibilities -YES Learnership Programme
The YES Learnership Programme offers a comprehensive training curriculum covering the following core responsibilities:
Stock Management
- Monitor and manage stock levels in stores and backup areas.
- Apply proper stock control measures to minimize losses.
- Write up returns in line with the store work plan.
- Avoid out-of-stock situations by placing accurate, timely orders.
Merchandising Excellence
- Arrange shelves according to store plans and merchandising rules.
- Maintain clean and organized product displays.
- Ensure shelf sets align with provided plannograms.
- Properly label all products with PI labels.
- Maintain and organize store fridges.
Customer and Stakeholder Relationships – YES Learnership Programme
- Foster positive relationships with store managers, area managers (AM), head office personnel, customers, and fellow merchandisers.
- Utilize in-store opportunities to improve product visibility.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Ensure all point-of-sale materials are correctly positioned and maintained.
